Since every item is custom-made, we can't do returns. However, we'll always get final proof approval from you before we start production. We're happy to help with design, or you can send us your own artwork. Everything is produced right here in Apollo, PA, which really helps make sure your final product looks perfect. While we aren't a retail shop, you're absolutely welcome to stop by for pickups. Expect about 2 weeks for printed items and around 3 weeks for embroidery and engraving.
